A file could not be created. Make sure you have write permission for the KMLOVoice data directory.
A message file could not be opened. The KMLOVoice directory file may be inconsistent.
You tried to delete a message file you haven't played back yet. Play it back and delete it afterwards.
You did not specify a SMTP server. You can specify this server in the Configure Dialog.
You did not specify your identity correctly. You must specify your email address in the Configure Dialog.
You did not specify a receiver in the "To" field.
This error message may have various causes:
Check if the device file is specified correctly in the Configure Dialog.
Make sure that your kernel supports the serial ports.
See that you have read and write permission for the device file. Some facsimile systems (e.g., HylaFAX™) reset those permissions.
The device file may be used exclusively by another process. In this case terminate this process.
The DSR signal could not be detected on the serial device. This means the modem is turned off or it is not connected to the serial device specified in the Configure Dialog.
The CTS signal could not be detected on the serial device. This can be observed when the modem is receiving a facsimile or is answering a phone call. Your telephone may also be off hook.
The modem did not respond to a command. Try to lower the device speed in the Configure Dialog.
The SMTP server could not be reached. Make sure you specified the SMTP server correctly in the Configure Dialog. See if you have access to the server.
There was an error with sending the mail header. Your email address may not be specifed correctly in the Configure Dialog.
There was an error with sending the mail body.
There was an error with sending the message file data.
